Answer: There are a few steps involved in getting the DSL service to your computer. After you have called us, we put in an order with the phone company, and the technicians provision your line for DSL.

In about a week, Dave will call you to set up an appointment to wire a large low-pass filter on the outside of the building, and set up the DSL modem or router.

He will check your computer, hook it up to the DSL modem and make sure your computer can use the DSL before leaving.

The only thing you have to do is turn your computer ON! The DSL will connect automatically.
